Hypnotherapy:

Practitioners:

Bill Barnhill
Janine Sprecher

Hypnotherapy is a technique we use to re-educate our mental/emotional state for the purpose of solving problems, developing motivation and setting and achieving goals. Compared with traditional therapeutic modalities, the results of a relatively brief series of hypnotherapy sessions are often faster, more effective and longer lasting.

The term “hypnosis” is derived from the Greek word hypnos , meaning “sleep.” Hypnotherapy can allow you to escape from typical patterns of response and behavior to achieve greater flexibility and choice. Hypnotherapy works by allowing you to relax deeply, so giving you the ability to choose new ways of doing, being and thinking, without being controlled by past experiences.

You know you are dealing with past life issues when you have tried for years and years to heal but suffering remains or if you have a fixation or a phobia that cannot be explained by a therapist. Maybe you have a nightmare that haunts you or weird feelings that cannot be explained. When things don’t make sense and you have tried everything, it is time to explore a past life regression session, because sometimes you cannot heal unless you get answers on a deeper level. Exploring past lives helps us to solve the deep core issues that you brought with you.
