THE IDEA
The world of modern board games is a wonderful way to escape everyday life, loneliness, and worries for a short time. I want to open the door to this world for women who have survived domestic violence and/or addiction.
My professional journey in Germany as a police officer, along with personal life experiences, taught me the importance of safe spaces and compassionate connection. Through modern board games, I hope to offer just that at ‘Her Second Turn’ — a place where every woman has a seat at the table and where healing is a shared journey.
