It takes courage to choose to take a step toward change, healing and awakening. I see it as an honor and deep privilege to be able to provide a safe, warm, accepting environment for which greater clarity, joy and fulfillment can arise. I will walk with you, co-creating a path forward to first recognize that which you want to create and then to manifest that into your experience.

Since the age of 9, I’ve been pulled by this strong force to access wisdom and connect with something higher than this tangible world. This gnawing passion has led me to study the power of the mind and how to create what our souls truly desire.
I’ve been blessed to study ancient technologies such as yoga and breathwork and am so passionate about sharing simple tools to effect real change.

I was trained in counseling at University of North Texas, receiving my Masters in Counseling. My favorite courses were transpersonal counseling and stress reduction through movement. I am currently a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas with 5 years of experience.

I’m also a certified yoga teacher and trained at the Shri Kali ashram in India. The types of yoga I teach focus on activating the parasympathetic nervous system to release the whole self from the ever vigilant fight or flight mode a lot of us find ourselves in on a constant basis to survive in this modern culture.

I work with teens and adults and some specialties include anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, trauma, stress management, chronic illness and spiritual issues.
In the therapy session, my main intent is to be fully present with you, free of judgment; to Become a spacious environment in which you can explore your own truth and start to shed the layers that no longer serve.
In addition to talk therapy sessions, I offer yoga psychotherapy sessions as well as energy work healing sessions.

I look forward to sharing this journey with you!

Chandler Hill LPC.

Deciding to change your life comes with its share of risks and challenges. The journey through therapy is one filled with both joy and pain, and it’s not a path everyone is ready to take. It requires immense courage to open up, embrace vulnerability, and commit to the transformation that follows. Yet, those who take that courageous step—who dive deep into their pain to create lasting change—will discover true meaning and purpose in their lives. You were born to experience greatness, so let’s go!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I blend unique therapeutic modalities to help clients achieve emotional transformation and lasting growth. I am trained and certified in Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETT), which uses precise visual brain stimulation to impact the parts of the brain responsible for emotional disturbances.  By using precise wavelengths of light (color) during interpersonal processes, the exact parts of the brain responsible for disturbances can be impacted. An advantage of ETT, over most talk therapies, is that many conditions like trauma and addictions operate in parts of the brain that are not conscious and are largely inaccessible by conscious, verbal means. ETT possesses the capacity to access underlying drives, motives, trauma and emotions that produce unwanted symptoms and then can change them. Coupled with Integrative Reiki Therapy and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, I’m able to guide clients toward emotional resolution in an experiential, transformative way.

With a background as a former college football player and experience in diverse settings—such as working with the legal system in Dallas in an Intensive Outpatient Program, The Salvation Army’s homeless veteran population, athletes and their families, and residential treatment. I bring a dynamic approach that balances compassion, structure, and challenging conversations. My global experiences of living in Asia and Europe have also given me a broad perspective, fostering an open-minded and culturally-informed approach to therapy. Together, we’ll work toward the change you seek, with safety, excitement, and growth along the way.
