Prepare for birth with poses modified for pregnancy. This slow prenatal yoga class will help relax the lower back, open the hips, and strengthen the pelvic floor. Mama and baby connect with visualizations and meditations for a safe and healthy delivery.
Instructor: Claudia Samuelson
Claudia is a 200-hour RYS yoga instructor and has been practicing yoga for 10 years. After becoming certified in Keller, Texas, she moved to Denton to be a student at Texas Woman’s University. Her yoga journey began thanks to her mother, who is also a yoga instructor.
