Mark has over 15 years of experience helping adolescents and adults suffering from a wide range of chronic health issues and chronic pain. His interest in health came about from his personal experience with chronic health problems. After seeking help from numerous sources he eventually became his own health advocate.

Mark became a Massage Therapist in 1996, and after seeing how the mind, body, and emotions are all intricately connected through his own healing process, pursued a career in Counseling.

For individuals experiencing chronic health problems or illness, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, are facing issues in a relationship, are ready to make a change, or are simply looking for some encouragement through new transitions in life, Mark is here to help.

I have come to believe…

I believe in our unlimited POTENTIAL as human beings, though we all sometimes need help. I believe in learning to live in the PRESENTmoment. That is where we find our truth, and a deeper sense of peace and clarity. I believe in MOVEMENT and BREATH. This can lead to a greater connection and integration with our mind, body, and emotions. I believe in the power of PRAYER orINTENTION. I believe in the power of COMMUNICATION, in our personal as well as professional lives. I believe in COMMUNITY. And I do my best to keep it light with LAUGHTER!

• Master of Education in Counseling from the University of North Texas
• Bachelor in Physical Education (Health Sciences) from the University of New Brunswick, Canada
• Massage Therapy instruction from the Austin School of Massage Therapy as well as continuing education.
